Designed for Children, Built for Everyday Life
No Detectable Hazardous Substances
The coating adopts a new water-based inorganic formulation. According to the stated product test data, volatile organic compounds, total benzene-series substances, free formaldehyde, glycol ethers and their esters, semi-volatile organic compounds and other listed hazardous substances were not detected.
For children’s spaces, reducing unnecessary chemical exposure begins with responsible material selection and a carefully considered coating system.
Negative-Ion-Assisted Air Freshness
The coating continuously releases negative oxygen ions to assist the adsorption and breakdown of free formaldehyde and unwanted odours, supporting a fresher indoor environment over time.
This is an auxiliary air-quality feature and does not replace ventilation, disinfection or dedicated air-purification equipment.
Eight-Parameter Soluble Heavy-Metal Screening
The product has passed an eight-parameter soluble heavy-metal screening covering lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), mercury (Hg), barium (Ba), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As) and selenium (Se). None of these substances were detected in the stated test results.
This profile is intended to reduce concerns related to routine skin contact or inappropriate biting of painted surfaces. Final safety assessment should refer to the applicable regulations and issued test reports.
Inorganic Antibacterial and Anti-Mould Protection
The inorganic composition provides inherent antibacterial and anti-mould properties without additional fungicides.
The stated product data indicates:
-
Class 0 mould resistance
-
Antibacterial rate of ≥99.9% against common bacteria including Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus
-
Tested in accordance with GB/T 21866
-
Virus inactivation rate of ≥99% for influenza A and coronavirus
-
Tested in accordance with T/CNCIA 03002
Antibacterial and anti-mould performance does not replace routine cleaning, ventilation or medical disinfection procedures. Actual performance depends on the substrate, humidity, contamination level and service conditions.
High Scrub Resistance for Everyday Cleaning
With more than 10,000 scrub-resistance cycles and Grade 1 stain resistance, the coating is designed for frequent cleaning. Common marks such as fingerprints, crayon traces and everyday stains can be wiped with a damp cloth.
When cleaned correctly, repeated wiping helps preserve film integrity and appearance, making the coating suitable for children’s rooms and high-traffic commercial spaces.
Moisture and Alkali Resistance
The coating has passed 168-hour water- and alkali-resistance testing. Its porous network structure supports vapour permeability while helping resist liquid-water penetration.
Under the stated test conditions, the coating is designed to reduce the risk of alkali bleeding, cracking, blistering and chalking after water exposure.
Soft Morandi Colour System
The colour range uses soft, semi-saturated Morandi tones with a calm visual character, suitable for children’s bedrooms, reading areas, rest spaces and child-focused public interiors.
The colour range uses soft, semi-saturated Morandi tones with a calm visual character, suitable for children’s bedrooms, reading areas, rest spaces and child-focused public interiors.
Combined with natural light and timber furniture, the colour system helps create a calm, comfortable and reassuring interior environment.
Low-Odour Application and Faster Return to Use
The coating is designed for a low-odour application experience with no pungent VOC release during application and carries the top French A+ indoor air-quality rating.
After application, adequate ventilation and compliance with the specified drying times can support an earlier return to use. Actual occupancy timing should be determined by the applicator based on site temperature, humidity, ventilation and coating condition.

Designed for Children, Built for Commercial Durability
HB3000-CHG is suitable for:
-
Residential children’s bedrooms and playrooms
-
Kindergartens, childcare centres and children’s libraries
-
Training centres, children’s activity venues and family spaces
-
Paediatric wards and child-focused healthcare interiors
-
Interior wall areas requiring low emissions, easy cleaning and high wear resistance
One Primer Coat Plus Two Topcoats
HB3000-CHG is recommended as a complete system consisting of one primer coat followed by two topcoats, helping balance adhesion, coverage, scrub resistance and long-term coating durability.
Recommended total dry-film thickness: not less than 120 μm. Actual film thickness and paint consumption should be determined according to substrate condition, application method and the official technical data sheet.
Apply at an ambient temperature of 5–35°C and relative humidity below 85%. Suitable application methods include brush, roller and airless spray.
Reference drying times are approximately 0.5 hour to surface dry, 4 hours to hard dry and 4 hours between coats. Actual drying time depends on temperature, humidity, ventilation, substrate absorption and coating thickness.

A More Considered Wall for Every Child-Focused Space
From family bedrooms to kindergartens, training centres and paediatric interiors, walls are among the indoor surfaces children encounter most often.
Built around a water-based inorganic formulation, HOUSEBOAT HB3000-CHG combines a low-emission design approach, eight-parameter soluble heavy-metal screening, antibacterial and anti-mould protection, high scrub resistance, moisture and alkali resistance, negative-ion-assisted air freshness and a soft Morandi colour system.
Choose a coating designed for child-focused spaces and build a healthier, more comfortable and more durable interior from the wall outward.
